Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use defenseelementary.property and the services Defenseelementary Tree Service offers through it. If you use the website, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Defenseelementary Tree Service Does

Defenseelementary Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches, or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Professional Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures, they vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts, and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop being contacted, email contact@defenseelementary.property at any time.

Ownership of Website Content

The content and design of this website belong to Defenseelementary Tree Service or those who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Defenseelementary Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Updates to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
